Flavors include Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet Nutella, or a Mixed option, all priced at $42. Pre-orders opened April 17 at 12pm via the website and app, with pickup available May 9–10.

Led by Executive Chef Toyoji Hemmi, Kasumi presents an elevated menu of sushi, sashimi, and modern Japanese cuisine crafted with seasonal ingredients and premium seafood flown in from Japan. For the occasion, guests can enjoy special features including a Japanese sando made with soft milk bread, offered with either a delicate strawberry cream filling or a savory chicken katsu; a crispy chicken cutlet served with rich katsu curry sauce; a beautifully curated Japanese bento box showcasing a variety of refined dishes; a premium Japanese bluefin tuna platter; and a light, elegant strawberry roll cake.
