Easter Weekend To-Go Packages are available for pick up, curbside or delivery between Friday, April 7, to Sunday, April 9. Brio Italian Grille will offer four options of customizable catering packages for guests, featuring fresh-baked bread, salads, hearty pastas, Italian-style entrées and delicious desserts. See here for full information. Brio Italian Grille will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Easter Sunday, serving its tasty brunchand dinner menu of Italian Mediterranean-style dishes.

Enjoy Easter Brunch on the Beach at 3800 Ocean Restaurant & Lounge
Celebrate Easter by the sea at the renowned Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. On Sunday, April 9, hop on in and enjoy a delicious Easter brunch with oceanfront views at 3800 Ocean Restaurant & Lounge, as well as other egg-cellent festivities at the resort.
Brunch kicks off at noon with a raw bar station, along with a variety of appetizing salads and a rock shrimp and crab soup. For the main course, head on over to the carving station, featuring a rosemary and grain mustard-rubbed leg of lamb, horseradish and roasted garlic puree-crusted striploin, and a dark rum and Jamaican jerk-seasoned mahi mahi. The brunch also offers sophisticated sides such as toasted risotto with creamed spinach, honey roasted baby carrots, herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, and campanelle pasta with roasted corn and rainbow chard. Displays include artisanal cheese and charcuterie selections, assorted dried fruits and nuts, seasonal vegetable crudités, and fresh fruits and berries. End brunch with a tableful of delightful sweets.
The Easter Bunny will make an appearance at the resort, hopping around to take photos with guests at the Lagoon pool, inside the restaurant during brunch, and at beachside. The resort will also host two Easter egg hunts; the first at 10 a.m. and the second at 1 p.m., with candy-filled eggs, and golden eggs that hold special prizes. More egg-citing activities include Easter egg coloring, an egg toss, and a bunny hop potato sack race on the beach. For more added fun, parents can surprise their kids on Easter morning by preordering an Easter basket – delivered by the Easter Bunny himself!
Brunch is available from noon to 7 p.m., and is $145 for adults and $45 for children age 12 and younger. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 561-340-1795.
