Name: Lauren Pavlik
Where did you grow up: West Palm Beach! I’m actually a 4th generation Floridian
Town you live in now: North Palm Beach
Why you love living there: NPB is full of active young families and has an old neighborhood feel that is hard to come by these days.
Tell me about your kids: Hudson is 5 and has never met a stranger, he has a big heart and even more energy. Henley is 3 and is Miss Personality. She is all girl, which my family loves since I was such a tomboy.
Favorite things to do with the kids locally:
We love taking the kids and our dog to the beach, we have all their lives so they are all beach babies. Burns Road playground is on our regular rotation too.
What’s your ‘day job’? How did you get started with it?
I worked in fashion for 7 years before having kids then stayed home with them. Friends of ours visited over New Years and told us about a cookie store they were opening in Louisville, KY and a few days later we were getting approved to bring a Crumbl Cookies to Northlake Blvd!
What is your best parenting advice. Lay it on us.
My grandma always reminds me to be patient, kids are seeing and absorbing things for the first time…take a moment to realize things from their perspective and not rush them along.
What do you do for self care?
I love a pedicure from Halo Nail Spa or an adjustment with Dr Natalie at Cima Health and Wellness. Also, dinner date nights with my husband!
Karaoke – what are you singing?
Midnight Train to Georgia by Gladys Knight … it’s a great belt out alone in the car song too
