(known to her families as Dr. Alex) created Curitas Pediatrics, a concierge pediatric practice
redefining care for families in Palm Beach County.

Dr. Alex is a Puerto Rico native who’s a passionate home cook, and a big fan of staying active,
beach days, Harry Potter marathons, and cozy days with a cat in her lap and a book in hand. As
a board-certified pediatrician, she graduated at the top of her class with Alpha Omega Alpha
honors from Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico then relocated to South Florida to
train at one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country, Nicklaus Children’s in Miami.

After completing her traditional training in a high-volume hospital, Dr. Alex began practicing
concierge pediatrics in 2021 and never looked back. “During residency, I learned what it was
like to deliver excellent pediatric care under pressure. But once I started practicing concierge
medicine, I realized just how much better care can be when you actually have time to connect,”
she says.

At Curitas Pediatrics, everything is designed with intention; from unhurried, at-home visits to
direct access to Dr. Alex when you need her most. The goal? More time, more trust, more
