At Palm Beach Moms, we love introducing our readers to the incredible women who are making a difference in our local community. This week, we’re excited to feature Giana Morgan, a Hobe Sound mom, pediatric speech-language pathologist, and founder of Tiny Talkers, a communication-focused mommy-and-me play group designed to support both children’s development and meaningful connections among moms.
With a passion for helping children thrive and a heart for supporting fellow mothers, Giana has spent the past decade working with families and recently turned her expertise into a community resource that’s already making a big impact. From local park adventures with her energetic toddler to launching a business inspired by her own motherhood journey, Giana is a wonderful example of using your talents to serve others.
Let’s get to know her!
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in New Jersey.
Where do you live now?
Hobe Sound.
What do you love most about living there?
I love the proximity to the beaches, the easy access between Stuart and Jupiter, and the abundance of great restaurants and family-friendly activities nearby.
Tell us about your family!
I have a son who is almost three years old. He’s all boy, full of energy, and keeps me on my toes every single day!
My husband is a local police officer, and it’s incredibly rewarding for both of us to be able to serve our community in different ways. We are proud to call this area home and love raising our family here.
What are your favorite local things to do with your kids?
We love exploring all the amazing family-friendly spots our area has to offer. Some of our favorites include:
- Kiwanis Park in Stuart
- Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach
- Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast
- Constitution Park in Tequesta
- Hobe Sound Nature Center
- DuBois Park
- Fun ‘N Fit Gymnastics
There is always something fun for families to do nearby!
What’s your day job (or passion project)?
I have been a pediatric speech-language pathologist for the past 10 years, working in both public schools and outpatient clinical settings.
This summer, I launched Tiny Talkers, a communication-focused mommy-and-me play group in Tequesta designed to support both children’s development and meaningful connections among mothers.
Each session features a unique theme and incorporates engaging, developmentally appropriate activities including story time, music, sensory play, arts and crafts, movement, and imaginative play. Alongside these activities, I provide guidance on child development, speech and language milestones, and practical strategies parents can use to support communication during everyday routines.
Families also receive take-home resources to reinforce learning and encourage continued growth at home.
After becoming a mother myself and participating in various parent-and-child groups throughout the community, I recognized a need for a program that combined social connection with expert developmental support. New moms are often looking for community, friendship, and reassurance while also navigating questions about their child’s growth and milestones.
Watching Tiny Talkers take off has been incredibly rewarding. The response from families has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m excited to continue expanding the program and welcoming more families this fall.
What’s your ideal family vacation?
I always love a good beach trip, whether it’s the Florida Keys or the Gulf Coast of Florida.
We’re also huge Disney World fans, so that’s always high on our list as well!
What is the best piece of parenting advice you’ve ever received (or would give to another mom)?
Don’t overthink it!
And stay off Google at 2 a.m.!
What are you reading or watching right now?
I know I’m not alone when I say I’m currently reading the Off Campus series and have also watched the show adaptation!
Motherhood is rewarding, but it’s also a lot. What do you do to take care of yourself?
I attend a group reformer or mat Pilates class at Piper Laine Fit in Tequesta once a week. It’s a wonderful hour to decompress and recharge.
Getting coffee or lunch with a friend is another favorite form of self-care, and every once in a while, I’ll treat myself to a massage.

It’s a ladybug in honor of my grandmother, who passed away when I was 13 years old. It’s a small reminder of her that I carry with me every day.
What’s one thing you wish someone had told you before becoming a mom?
Balancing work and motherhood is not for the weak!
You often feel like you’re missing out on something, whether it’s work, family time, or personal time. Having a village is essential, and I’m incredibly fortunate to have an amazing support system made up of my mom and wonderful friends.

Seriously—just do it!
Anything else you’d like our readers to know?
Launching Tiny Talkers has reinforced something I’ve always believed: parenting was never meant to be done alone.
Whether it’s finding support from friends, family, or a local community group, having people around you who understand the journey can make all the difference. I’m passionate about creating spaces where both children and parents can learn, connect, and thrive together.
