Enjoy the daily mayhem and mischief of the goofy goblins in the Grand Court\, October 27 through October 31 at 1 p.m. \nOn Saturday\, October 28\, bring the little monsters to the Kids’ Club Spooky Soiree. Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) is hosting its second annual\, campuswide HallowMarine celebration on Saturday\, October 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. HallowMarine will feature a range of family-friendly activities like sustainable trick-or-treating\, animal enrichment and feeding talks\, discovery shows\, junior veterinary labs\, and visits with the sea turtle patients! \n  \nCome dressed in your favorite Halloween costume and score bonus points for ocean-inspired outfits! The Center will decorate the sea turtle tanks with floating pumpkins and offer an enrichment feeding activity for its different ecosystem exhibits. At 11 a.m.\, join the LMC team to watch the animals enjoy a Halloween-themed pumpkin treat! \n  \nThe Center will have multiple trick-or-treat locations at doors that are decorated with 100% recycled materials. LMC representatives will be passing out sustainably sourced candy to tricker-or-treaters. For snacks or beverages\, the Tortuga Café will be open until 3 p.m. \n  \nLocals can get into the spirit of conservation all monthlong with LMC’s Unwrap the Waves. Unwrap the Waves is a conservation program for Title I schools in Palm Beach and Martin counties to collect and recycle candy wrappers. The initiative not only ensures students and community members have access to recycling\, but also raises awareness around the large-scale\, single-use waste produced on Halloween. Last year\, 755\,023 candy wrappers were recycled. \n  \nTo encourage students to think sustainably this season\, LMC has created an Unwrap the Waves competition between 35 participating schools. The winning school will be selected based on the number of students involved\, leadership and parental involvement\, community efforts\, creative content\, and the number of wrappers collected. The winning school will also get the unique honor of naming one of LMC’s sea turtle patients! \n

In addition to the amazing carved pumpkins\, festivities will include viewing animal artifacts and a mystery box activity from our education team. There will also be live music by Giant Pander\, who will be bringing the classic rock and pop\, along with a 15-minute intermission for star- or moongazing on the boardwalk. Anyone who wants to contribute a carved pumpkin should drop it off between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the day of the event. One person/family may submit multiple pumpkins. DESCRIPTION:Step inside The Gardens Mall to witness Halloween magic. Starting Friday\, October 13\, get into the Halloween spirit when Batty Manor opens in the Grand Court. Gather around the not-so-spooky cottage\, and don’t forget to wear a costume to make the most of the interactive photo op. Halloween stilt walkers will visit Batty Manor from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends. \nTune up your singing voice and polish off your dancing shoes for Boogah & Hoogah’s Haunted House Party sing-along-do-along show. When Hoogah gets up on the wrong side of the bed\, Boogah needs the audience’s help to turn “Hoogah’s Horrible Day” into a “boo-tiful” one. Enjoy the daily mayhem and mischief of the goofy goblins in the Grand Court\, October 27 through October 31 at 1 p.m. \nOn Saturday\, October 28\, bring the little monsters to the Kids’ Club Spooky Soiree. Wear your costume to the Grand Court and enjoy special offers from participating stores starting at 12 p.m. Boogah and Hoogah will also be in the house for a special performance at 1 p.m. Stick around afterward to have your photo taken with the silly stars of the show.
