DESCRIPTION:$15 registration required \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipants will learn basic techniques for fishing including knot tying\, casting\, fish handling\, and proper catch-and-release techniques.\nIn addition to fishing skills\, participants are taught to be responsible anglers and discover how to reduce their impact on marine life. Fish caught during this program will always be released. All fishing equipment and bait is provided. Participants will receive a Responsible Anglers Certificate following their completion of the program. Please see details during registration for recommended items to bring. \nNOTE: this program meets at the Juno Beach Pier. Use LEGO® Bricks to design Build a Better Bus Stop that is socially equitable and environmentally-friendly or craft an Eco house using LEGO® Spike kits.\n• Animal Encounters: Meet our resident native animals and learn how we can help improve their lives as fellow inhabitants of native Florida ecosystems.\n• Watch an IMAX on the GIANT Screen: Secrets of the Seas\, Flight of the Butterflies\, Legend of the Enchanted Reef\, Arctic: Our Frozen Planet and more!\n• Career Connections: Learn about careers in engineering and architecture.\nJust for early learners (ages 0-6): Use LEGO® Bricks to create habitats and learn how ecosystems around Florida are similar and different.
