DESCRIPTION:The River Center continues to collaborate with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary “Flotilla 52” to provide a series of Boating Safely Classes targeted specifically to young boaters in our community. These classes are provided through a generous sponsorship by the AustinBlu Foundation\, a not-for-profit dedicated to raising awareness and promoting educational programs to improve boater safety. \nThere is no cost for this class\, however there is a deposit required to reserve a seat. The deposit of $10 will be refunded in full to all students who complete the class. \nRecommended for children 12 years and up\, but all ages are welcome.
