For the first time ever\, the Palm Beach Show House will span two remarkable properties on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach\, offering guests an expanded and immersive design experience. \n​ \nThe 2026 showcase will be anchored by 3410 North Flagler Drive\, an exceptional waterfront residence known as The Intracoastal House\, complemented by a second residence directly across the street\, The Palm Cottage.
