The Kips Bay Decorator Show House, the nation’s premier design event presented by the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, expanded to Palm Beach in 2017 and has since become a highly anticipated annual showcase of design excellence and philanthropy. The Palm Beach edition recently concluded its eighth successful showcase in February 2025, welcoming thousands of visitors and raising critical funds in support of both the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
Building on this momentum, the ninth annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach will return on February 24, 2026, with an exciting first for the event. For the first time ever, the Palm Beach Show House will span two remarkable properties on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, offering guests an expanded and immersive design experience.
The 2026 showcase will be anchored by 3410 North Flagler Drive, an exceptional waterfront residence known as The Intracoastal House, complemented by a second residence directly across the street, The Palm Cottage. Together, the two homes will be transformed by a distinguished roster of leading interior designers, each reimagining individual spaces to create a dynamic and inspiring showcase that highlights both grand waterfront living and intimate residential design.
Since its inception nearly five decades ago, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised more than $33 million to support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s mission of providing essential educational and developmental programs for young people in New York City. The Palm Beach edition continues this legacy while extending its impact to the local community, ensuring that children throughout Palm Beach County have access to the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive.
