Let your little yogi flow while you enjoy a little time for yourself! These fun, unheated 60-minute kids yoga classes run alongside our 9:30 AM Hot Vinyasa class for adults so you can attend a class of your own or drop off!
Kids will explore yoga through music, games, storytelling, partner poses, and creative movement in a playful, welcoming environment designed just for them.
