Join the Library and Parks departments for the fourth annual Halloween Festival. Join for a full night of fun at Anchorage Park and get a spooktacular experience complete with voodoo witches and deadly locals and zombies. $18 per person and 3 years and under free. Tickets on sale Friday, Sep. 15 at the Festival’s webpage here.
