For Passover, Tropical Smokehouse offers tender braised Certified Angus Prime Brisket Special in their sweet and sour tomato sauce. Each brisket is as simple as heat & serve. They are pre-sliced and will need about 30 minutes in the oven to warm up. Whole Brisket $180/ Half $85. Available for pick up on Sunday, April 21st Tropical Smokehouse and Monday April 22nd at Tropical BBQ Market.

For Easter, Tropical Smokehouse Easter Family Meal ($185) Serves 6-8 ppl. The family meal includes one of each of the following: Pit-Smoked Ham; Sides which serve 2-4 people include Sweet Corn Pudding , Aged White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, Tropical House Salad. Make sure to save room for dessert because Chef Rick’s Carrot Cake with pineapple, pecans and cream cheese frosting is the epitome of excellence. All menu items are ready to heat.

On both Monday April 22nd & Tuesday April 23rd, our $65 Passover Special 3-Course Menu will be served with a seder plate and matzah bread. It will feature traditional Passover dishes such as Matzo Ball Soup, Beef Brisket, Lamb-Shank, Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon or Herb-Roasted Chicken with sides of garlic-roasted potatoes, honey-cumin seasoned caramelized carrots & green beans, as well as a selection of flourless desserts such as our ultra popular Dark Chocolate Mousse & Lavender Creme brûlée.
