Join us for a morning of movement, discussion, & connection. Paula Saenz Valiente, dancer, educator, and mom, will lead us as we move to the rhythm with our babies to joyfully strengthen our bodies, while connecting with our babies. After, we’ll enjoy a mindfulness practice and enriching discussion on motherhood.
