Norton – Sensory-Friendly Sunday

Join the Norton Museum of Art on Sunday, November 9, from 10 am to 1 pm for a morning of fun! Enjoy art, music, games, crafts, and a quiet space.
Sensory Friendly Sundays are designed for children, teens, and young adults with disabilities, ASD, neurodiversity, and anyone with sensory processing differences.
The Museum will be open from 10 – 11 am, exclusively for those with sensory needs and their families, providing a calm, supportive environment for free. Visitors are welcome to stay and continue activities once the Museum opens to the public at 11 am.
Activities include:
- Interactive music with Miss Patty Shukla
- Sensory-friendly art-making
- Outdoor games
- A quiet room featuring sensory toys and lights
- An augmented reality art iPad experience, I Spy, Norton Art+, and more!
Space is limited; online registration required and opens one month in advance.
