TurtleFest

Loggerhead Marinelife Center will host its 21st Annual TurtleFest on February 21-22, 2026.

Over 16,000 guests came together at TurtleFest 2025, a free-admission event that promotes ocean conservation through interactive educational exhibits and marine life, as well as music, art, shopping, games, and other family-friendly activities.

Visit Our Patients – Our outdoor sea turtle hospital will be open during the event to get an up-close view of the sea turtles currently being treated by our hospital staff.

Have A Drink Soft drinks, craft beer by Sailfish Brewing Co., Tito’s Vodka, and Vida Caña Rum specialty cocktails will be available for purchase all day.

Festival food options include: Pizza, Tacos, Veggie Burgers, Falafel, Grilled Veggie Sandwiches, Fries, Funnel Cake, Ice Cream, and More.

Kid’s Activities – Stop by the Education tent for hands-on learning activities for whole family.

Take advantage of the best view in the house as you slide your way down our ocean-view slide in a race against your friends, or just for the fun of it.

Junior Veterinary Lab accommodates up to 10 children in a 30 minute program, educating children on the process from sea turtle rescue to release. Jr. Vets come to the aid of a green turtle replica they will learn about common injuries and illnesses that affect these endangered animals.
